TENS therapy, or Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation therapy, is a non-invasive and low-risk device that uses electric currents to stimulate nerves to relieve pain conditions. Electrodes placed on the skin near the affected area send impulses of varying frequency and intensity to treat either short term or chronic pain. It is a great pain management alternative for those who are wary of drugs or other possibly addictive painkilling methods.
Ive just started using this Tens unit and I do approve of the things it does/will do. I have a bad shoulder and if I use it every day for 35 minutes, it seems to settle my pain. I sometimes don't need it, but when I do I know it will bring comfort .
The TENS 7000 has been helping me so much with my chronic shoulder pain and frozen shoulder. Whenever I start to feel sore I put it on and it seems to help relax the area enough that I can do my exercises. And I don't have to worry about replacing batteries, I just plug it in each night. Thank you so much!
Appreciate the info on line on use and positioning of the electrodes. Pretty easy to set up and I'm finding the battery usage is not as bad as I've seen in online reviews.
